About

The Operation Freedom Bird Healing Journey’s primary goal is to be victorious in ending the war after the war. This war goes by many names; PTSD, Moral Injury, Grief/Loss. At 22 Veterans who suicide everyday it is a National epidemic.

Yet, there is no national monument for those who have fallen in the war against Veteran suicide. Mission 22 has created just such a monument. Twenty-two 10 foot steel silhouettes will tour the country to bring awareness of this epidemic and pay tribute. On 10/24/2009, at the age of 25, Adam Hill Gibson lost his battle with PTSD. Adam Hill Gibson is being honored as part of this memorial. His silhouette image will be delivered and stand as part of this tournament, in his honor.

Thank you for your support in bringing our veterans home… ALL the way home.
